What Sets Us Apart

All About Us

Nestled in the heart of Toronto at 1 Rennie Terrace, Swansea Tennis Club proudly serves its members and the community, united by a shared passion for the game of tennis. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or just picking up a racquet for the first time, our club offers a dynamic and inclusive environment where players of all skill levels can grow, compete, and connect.

Swansea Tennis Club is a community-based club, meaning our members pay dues for priority access to city-owned courts. These dues help maintain the courts, cover essential club operations and provide court attendant services to the public during public hours.  All community tennis clubs are required to offer six hours of public court time, during which anyone can enjoy these well-maintained courts free of charge.

We take pride in providing exceptional tennis experiences, including:

  • Professional Coaching – Work with experienced tennis pros to refine your technique and strategy.

  • Competitive & Social Leagues – Engage in friendly matches or test your skills in competitive play.

  • Junior Development Programs – Nurturing the next generation of tennis talent with engaging leagues and structured training.

  • Special Events & Tournaments – Enjoy a variety of social mixers, club championships, and fun community events throughout the season.

Our Mission: To cultivate a welcoming, inclusive, and thriving tennis community where players of all ages and skill levels can enjoy the game, develop their skills, and form lasting connections.

Our Vision: To inspire a lifelong passion for tennis by promoting it as a healthy, accessible, and enriching sport for everyone. We are dedicated to offering diverse programs, fostering inclusivity, and creating an environment where every player can learn, grow, and thrive.

Our Legacy: Swansea Tennis Club has a rich and storied history, built on a foundation of passion and dedication. What began as a small group of tennis enthusiasts with a vision for a community-driven club has grown into a thriving hub for tennis lovers across the city. Over the years, we have elevated the on-court experience for our members, expanded our programs, and welcomed players from all backgrounds—all connected by a shared passion for tennis.
